Wedding Package

At M&G Weddings we offer one package that compliments all of our couples during their planning process. From the moment you book us as your planners you have full access to our team for questions, suggestions, vendor recommendations, and best practices. Our package is more than a day of or month of coordinator, but less than a full planning package. The average bride books our service 8 months or more in advance of the wedding date however we can accommodate last minute bookings up to 30 days prior to your event.
 
Our tried and true wedding planning process involves hours of meticulous planning so when your wedding day arrives you have an exquisite experience. We care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. We handle of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that our clients can focus on the big picture. We make the effort to understand your exact needs so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.
 
Below you will find additional information regarding our coordination package. We custom tailor our services to each couple and the needs of their wedding. Our team is skilled at being able to see the need and immediately jump in and fill in where needed.

Perfect for the couple that has a vision and budget in place and needs a professional planner to tie up any loose ends and offer professional organization to the event.
 
Starting at $1,300.00

This package includes:
​

• 2 Wedding Coordinators

• Coordinator directed rehearsal

• Assist with vendor recommendations as requested by the client*

• Create and design ceremony and reception layout in Allseated or Social tables as requested by the client*

• M&G will serve as the primary contact for all vendors and the venue

• Review signed contracts for logistics

• Management of vendors and assistance with wedding day setup and breakdown

• Create and manage event timeline

• Distribute timeline to all applicable vendors and coordinate arrival times

• In person planning sessions

• Unlimited phone calls and emails 

• Assistance with busing tables and general cleanup as requested by the client*

• Cake cutting*

• Final venue walk through 

• Complimentary use of emergency kit on wedding day

•   Complimentary use of all on hand wedding décor such as vases, votives, signs, chargers, battery operated candles, card boxes, cake stands, galvanized tubs, easels.
